Job Description: We are currently seeking an Associate Legal Counsel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, document drafting, and client representation. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis on various legal issues
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court filings
• Offer legal advice and support to clients on diverse legal matters
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal settings
• Work closely with senior legal counsel on complex legal cases
• Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations relevant to our practice areas
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from an accredited institution
• Licensed to practice law in India
• Strong knowledge of civil and criminal law
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently as well as part of a team
